Affirmations: Getting the greatest benefit


For the greatest benefit:

·         Say your affirmations out loud as you look into a mirror.  Do this once in the morning and once in the evening. 
 
·        Write them in a journal.

·         Write one affirmation that you particularly like ten times every morning.

Affirmations!

Affirmations are so important to keeping a positive attitude and creating success in any kind of business.  Following are some things to know about affirmations as well as some examples.

Definition:  A statement asserting the existence or the truth of something

When to use them:
·         When you have a negative thought, turn it around to what you want
o   For example, “I’m not cut out to be successful”
o   Turn this into an affirmation:  “I can do it!  I have everything I need to be successful in my life!”

·         As part of a regular daily routine – one of the tools in your success toolbox

·         Repeat them – over and over – in your head, say them out loud, sing them, etc.
